The process of systemic change
Systems dynamics, futures thinking, complexity management, regenerative development, deep equity, systemic action inquiry, systems-oriented design, process work, and emergent strategy are just a few of the many practices that fall under the broad umbrella of systems change. Expert practitioners all over the world are developing frameworks, tools, and techniques to help understand and handle complex problems. We support social sector actors in adopting the tools that are best suited to their projects as they navigate this complex environment. In doing so, we apply a multi-method approach to drive systemic change, incorporating strategic foresight, systems thinking, and complexity practice, among others. We use this approach to design and implement innovative impact projects for our clients and as part of our Community Collaboration. We also use the approach to craft transformative strategies and to deliver capacity-building initiatives.
